Reading Habits:
My reading habits have devolved into long dry spells and short periods of intense binge reading, but I’m working on reading more regularly – and at a more measured pace! A book and a cup of herbal tea in the evening is becoming one of my favorite ways to wrap up the day. Keeping a reading notebook helps me think more deeply and catch elements I would otherwise overlook.
